Hi Everyone!
After the first 6 weeks of running The eHomes Realty Network, it appears that almost everyone has the same problem when trying to convert Internet leads to customers for life!
Our 100MPH Marketing system works like a charm! We have been doing it for almost 7 years now and most of my Agents are doing fine even in this market. The key component to the 100MPH Marketing is it's follow up system. With our system, not only do you contact your leads quickly, our follow up system is there for the long haul. Most Internet leads take 4+ months to become a customer. Most Agents call them once and hope the customer calls them when they are really ready to buy. By doing this, Agents are throwing away thousands of dollars!

If you venture to figure this out on your own, keep one thing in mind. You must contact, by phone, all your leads until they are ready to buy. It's important to set up a quality drip campaign, listings notifcation service, Newsletter and Phone call system.
