Affiliate Marketing Program

Our mission in The eHomes Realty Network is to always come up with new and innovative ways of marketing our sites. At my Real Estate Company we are kicking off a new Marketing Program. From what I have seen, it hasn't been done in Real Estate yet and you all know how I like to be first at everything I do!
The program is affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing with regard to Real Estate involves two Real Estate Brokerages or Agent to Agent. The only key is that everyone must be a licensed Realtor or Broker.
Here is an example of how it works. I'll use our company as the example.
We would create a landing page that you can place on your site. This page would allow your customers to search for homes in Brevard County Florida. Once we receive a lead from this site, we will work hard to convert that lead to a customer. Once a transaction occurs, you will receive a 25% referral fee. Best of all, you will also receive a copy of the lead which will allow you to go after the listing. It's a win/win situation.
