Why I started The eHomes Realty Network

The story may sound like the beginning of any success story. I started in Real Estate in 2001 and instantly became successful. In 2002 I decided to implement the Internet as my main marketing power. The success came instanly and I grew quickly from one Agent, me, to 3 Agents and a full time assistant. Now here I am owning a Brokerage which has been Number 1 in Brevard County Florida for working with Buyers with 24 Agents.
From 2002 I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars figuring out how the Internet would relate to Real Estate. I can say, after 6 years, we got it! Our Internet programs are strong with all of our sales coming from the Internet. In 2007 we had 193 sales and had earned the top spot in the country in working with buyers. In 2008 we nave already beaten last year and will get over our 250 transactions goal and are again in the top spot in the county!
During this time I had spent a substantial amount of money on setting up the company to franchise. After spending all that money I realized that i would not be able to help as many Agents and Brokers that were smaller in size. They simply were not going to be able to afford to buy a franchise. Once I made that decision, the rest was easy. I applied all the franchising tools to The eHomes Realty Network. Not only do you get all the tools of a franchise, you get me as your personal consultant and all our training manuals that have built Tropical Realty into a success in just 3 short years!
My goal is to build the largest Real Estate Team in the country...one Agent at a time!
