Did you write your goals and action plans yet?

Hi Everyone!
So here we are, two weeks into 2009. I know that many of you contacted me about your goals and action plans. Some of you had a few questions about determining your goals and some had a few questions about developing your action plans. The reality is, you don't need to make this a big deal. It needs to be simple and easy to follow.
The key to success in this business is creating a business plan that is easy enough for you to follow yet has substance to bring you to the next level. Your goals should be both business and personal goals. Each goal needs to have a few action items for each goal. Your goals should challenging but not impossible. You should be reaching for a higher level than your accomplishments from the previous year.
If you haven't read our Goal Setting for 2009 and our Business Planning guides, then take a look and start writing. If you haven't written your goals and action plans yet, you are already behind in your 2009 successes.
